Cotta Bio
Brief Bio - Sherry Cotta, RI District 5220 Governor 2020-2021 
Sherry Cotta became a member of the Lodi Rotary Club of Rotary District 5220 in November of 2011.  Sherry was part of the District Membership Committee, then became District Chair in 2014.  She is serving her last of three years as Membership Chair of District 5220, and a member of the District Council. 
In the Lodi Rotary Club, she has served as Membership Chair, Program Chair, and served on the Board of Directors as the President.  She is currently the Secretary of Lodi Rotary.  Sherry will serve as Governor for Rotary District 5220 in the year 2020-2021, with her district serving the central valley of California.  She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Lodi Boys & Girls Club and the California Wine Education Foundation.  Sherry has served as Chair of the Lodi District Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee, served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, as well as serving as Lodi District Chamber of Commerce President and Board Chair. She currently sits on the Budget & Finance Committee of the Lodi District Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Lodi Salvation Army. 
Sherry attended Bauder College for Women, majoring in Marketing and Accounting.  She is married to Joe Cotta, a Lodi farmer, has five children and eight grandchildren.   Sherry and Joe farm conventional wine grapes and organic blueberries, and have vacation rentals in North Lake Tahoe, for which Sherry serves as the C.F.O. and Marketing Director.  Joe and Sherry also have started a small local coffee roasting company in Sacramento, Seasons Coffee, where Sherry also serves as C.F.O.
